WearOptimo features in Rolex's Perpetual Planet retrospective film 2020

WearOptimo features in the Rolex Perpetual Planet retrospective film 2020. Rolex’s Perpetual philosophy is an unceasing quest for excellence, to explore and to share human knowledge to build a better world.

Rolex’s Perpetual Planet initiative seeks to preserve the Earth’s ecosystems and human well-being by pressing beyond humanity’s known boundaries in exploration, science and technology: embodying that spirit with the WearOptimo’s novel devices to building a healthier humanity.

Professor Kendall won his Rolex Award in 2012 for his work on the Nanopatch. The Rolex Award enabled the Australian scientist to test his highly effective and pain-free vaccination patch under rugged conditions in rural Papua New Guinea. The success of these field trials has led to backing from the World Health Organization, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and several large pharmaceutical firms.

Through WearOptimo, Professor Kendall’s envisions to provide affordable, wearable technology that allows people to read their health signals in real time. By constantly monitoring vital signs and indicators, the devices will allow doctors to tailor treatment to suit each individual patient as they progress through the disease.
